As we all know, Paris Fashion Week is when the coolest of the cool come together in the city of lights and basically just reign Supreme (pun intended) in all of the city’s hot spots. Of late, one of these hot spots has been the Comme des Garçons Trading Museum on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. Not only is it a Comme des Garçons boutique, but it’s also an exhibition space for clothing and art, the most recent exhibitions of which is Gosha Rubchinskiy and Tolia Titaev’s PACCBET collection.
Fittingly enough, Vetements also decided to have their “Summer Camp” book launch there on Sunday. To be honest, it was impossible to breathe, not only because we were all standing in the midst of Demna Gvasalia and Gosha, but also because the air was just too goddamn hip. It was toxic.
The book itself is a wonderful work of art documenting this stage in fashion. The book is available exclusively at IDEA Books at Dover Street Market.
