New Balance just dropped two special pairs of their collaboration with Concepts. This includes the City Rivalry New Balance 997 x Concepts – “New York,” and the New Balance 998 x Concepts “Boston.” Each shoe features a unique colourway, setting the New York aside from its Boston counterpart. The shoes actually pay homage to New York and Boston’s infamous rivalries, between the iconic New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox. The 998 Boston edition came first, paying homage to Concepts’ Boston roots, and the 997 New York editions followed, completing the pack.
