adidas Originals’ latest collaboration with Pharrell Williams features a special “Palm Tree Pack” capsule, in partnership with Billionaire Boys Club. For their summer 2016 collection, the duo decided to bring in a third party to their collaboration, known to bridge gaps between sportswear and fashion. Together, adidas Originals, Pharrell Williams, and Billionaire Boys Club reimagined the ever-popular, iconic Stan Smith, with pops of bright colour and summer-inspired patterns. They reworked modern footwear by adding a sort of palm-tree playfulness. The collection itself combines Billionaire Boys Club’s signature aesthetic, with Pharrell’s personality, and adidas’ commitment to quality in sleek sportswear.
Additionally, the Palm Tree pack is one of the first to come with an accompanying apparel capsule – meaning that the fresh Stan Smiths come with their own matching apparel for a fully coordinated summer look.
The adidas Originals x Pharrell Williams Billionaire Boys Club Palm Tree Pack will be launching at J-01, D19, and D15 on June 25th.
