Members of Caribou, Floating Points, Simian Mobile Disco, Hot Chip, and Junior Boys are coming in hot for a new album performing the 1973 experimental score Tactus Tempus. Out on March 17 via Bandcamp (Geej Recordings), the score was created by composed by Frank McCarty. The members came together for their rendition of the sounds in London in July 2016 at Joe Goddard's basement studio. Stay in the loop, as two versions of the piece will be presented, each being recorded line in one 15 min take and one version is said to be tonal as the other consists of noises and impulses.
