They are the many faces of Calvin Klein’s Autumn/Winter 2016 ad campaign. Although they may not have much in common, Calvin Klein has brought them together as some of today’s main cultural influencers, to model his infamous line of undergarments. Not only does this symbolize the elusive Frank Ocean’s return to the spotlight after months of speculation and rumours, but it also symbolizes the launch of Korean rapper Keith Ape into the Western fashion spotlight.
Shot by British photographer Tyrone Lebron, the ad campaign spans from models, to rappers, to musicians, to actors, to sons of models, to VOGUE’s infamous creator director at large: Coddington. The younger generation, including Keith Ape, Yung Lean, and Tommy Genesis, are said to be this year’s main young cultural influencers. See the campaign for yourself and learn what each of these influences does in #theircalvins.
