Stella McCartney... Cat... GIFs? Four words I didn't really think I'd ever say in one sentence.
To prepare for the much-hyped music festival season, Stella McCartney has released these dancing, saxophone-playing cat GIFs to advertise her FW16 collection. The gist is to market the collection as fun, summery, and festival-ready - aimed for a younger client base.
It's been a season of many new changes for McCartney and her aesthetic, as she just announced the likes of Grimes and Lourdes Leon (Madonna's daughter) as the faces of her new POP campaign.
The first kitties are featured with the Rainbow POP Falabella collection of handbags (in all the new fun, vibrant colourways) set against a background of what looks like Coachella.
The second GIF is supposed to be set at The New Orleans Jazz Festival, with a cat playing the saxophone next to the "Elyse" shoes from McCartney's upcoming collection.
