One of London Collections Men (LCM)’s last shows, KTZ presented their innovative, dark, and underground-inspired collection on an unsuspecting, wholesome Sunday evening. Creative director Marjan Pejoski never fails to deliver a thoroughly interesting collection from start to finish, and this time he chose to take to unorthodox materials such as PVC, nylon, and leather to formulate his vision. Somewhere between bondage and S&M, the tattoo-clad, pierced KTZ man greatly resembled a Berlin underground raver.
The show itself took place at the Invicta Plaza in London's South Bank, where, on most nights, a club called Pulse inhabits the space’s raw, brick arches. This small fact actually coincided nicely with the conception of Pejoski’s collection for KTZ – it contained the perfect dress code for underground clubbing. The apparel included harnesses, chains, patterns, and a general aesthetic reflecting fetishism. HERO mag described the styling as what would happen if “Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction gimp and He-Man should ever get lost in Berghain together.”
